Sacred Sound Event with Paulien Gort
On a cold (but not too cold) Monday night we came together for an evening of sounds and healing. Paulien Gort was there to welcome us with all of her musical instruments, and people gathered around in quiet anticipation. After the welcome, Paulien led us through a brief meditation that properly landed us both in the beautiful space of the Mossman Art Gallery and landed us in ourselves, in our bodies, relaxed and ready to receive the healing sounds. Restoring the energy connection between heaven and earth, having both energies flow and come together in our hearts. A short tense-and-relax exercise further helped get rid of old stored blockages. The business of the day was already very far away at that point, we were in a sacred space together and the healing had already begun.
And then the sounds – the incredibly pure Alchemy Crystal bowls, the friendly singing bowls, the energetic shaman drum, the rattles and chimes, the complex and sometimes moody dark gongs. The singing accompanied us on our individual healing journeys. Towards the end, Paulien played the beautiful and restorative Monochord (the stringed instrument) that – for me at least – creates the moment of integration and peace. Then everybody was gently brought back from their individual journeys by the gentle sounds of the Koshi Chimes.
A warm cup of tea and a relaxed chat rounded off a precious evening.

About Jason Snaddon:
Jason’s spiritual & personal growth journey started in 2005 when he learnt that our focus creates our reality and the power of intention especially when it is created from a state of presence. He became really aware of how much he had been focusing on what he did not want so he got clear on what he truly wanted, from his own truth. It was then that he also learnt about intuition and harnessing the spiritual laws of manifestation.
Taking what he had learnt, Jason founded Love Property, a successful real estate business which built significant wealth, running this business from a very conscious and spiritual perspective.
After losing his Mum to cancer in 2014, he began exploring his greater purpose, and his truth at a deeper level. What has unfolded is a uniquely powerful ability to channel, coach, recode limiting beliefs and activate the abundance that is inherently within all of us. He published his first book, Abundance 101 in 2020.
Jason particularly works with those looking to make an impact for the greater good, people looking for their next, to create beyond what has been created before.

Thrive in Life by Developing a Soul Perspective with Marie Antoinette
Marie Antoinette Helou is on a mission….to return the truth to the world, to help set people free from all false conditioning and help assist the return of ancient practises to humanity, in order to help heal and open their hearts to their true divine sovereign power.

Price changes
During the last AGM the Committee has decided to increase the cost of the tickets. Unfortunately we had to do this to cover the hire costs of the hall at Mosman Art Gallery which has gone up in price considerably.
We don’t want anyone to miss out, in case you are experiencing financial hardship you can book a ticket under the concession rate of $10.

In a race, (see picture), athlete Abel Mutai representing Kenya, was just a few feet from the finish line, but he was confused with the signage & stopped thinking he had completed the race. The Spanish athlete, Ivan Fernandez was right behind him & realizing what was happening, he started shouting at the Kenyan for him to continue running; but Mutai didn’t know Spanish didn’t understand. Then the Spanish pushed him to victory. A journalist asked Ivan, “Why did you do that?”
Ivan replied, “My dream is that someday we can have a kind of community life”. The journalist insisted “But why did you let the Kenyan win?” Ivan replied, “I didn’t let him win, he was going to win”. The journalist insisted again, “But you could have won!” Ivan looked at him & replied, “But what would be the merit of my victory? What would be the honour of that medal?
What would my Mom think of that?”
