In and Around the Academy

Spiritual teacher Ocha talked to a full house at the Academy, through her keepership of the Earth Heart Axis, about how we can easily connect to the heart of Mother Earth.
She guided us through a deep meditation, using her light language to connect our hearts to the heart of Gaia and the Blue Mountains. I found myself in a deep trance, reluctant to return when we were summoned back. My heart felt more expansive and connected after the meditation.
Ocha has always had a strong connection to nature. She worked as a national park ranger and wetland ecologist in iconic sites all around Australia before embarking on her spiritual path. She now helps others to re-activate their Earth-Heart connection through her Opening to Earth courses and Portal work.
“Portals hold the keys that connect us with Universal Consciousness. When you connect to a portal, you receive a gift in the form of a personal insight or healing. “
Ocha explained that the easiest way to connect to portals is through nature because nature opens your heart, and you need an open heart and peaceful mind for a deeper connection. Giant trees are powerful portals, so by meditating under a large tree, you receive its assistance to connect to Source.
There are so many ways that a portal can help you through challenging times as they hold gifts for your healing, wellbeing and new education.
Powerful portals are found in sacred sites around the world like, Uluru in Central Australia, Machu Picchu in Peru , Mount Shasta in California, Sedona in Arizona, and the Pyramids in Egypt.
In Sydney, we can access portals in places like Ku-ring-gai Chase, Royal National Park, the Royal Botanic Gardens, the coastal headlands and the Blue Mountains.
But you don’t need to travel physically to access these portals. In deep meditation, the soul can travel across vast distances, explains Ocha. 
“It is important to connect with portals as often as we can, because the Earth is going through major shifts. Whenever you connect through the light of your heart, you amplify the light of Gaia and her energy field for the expansion of consciousness on the planet.” |
“As stewards of the Earth, we are co-creators with her, so the more we come into our light, the easier it is for Earth to expand her light and evolve.”

A Heart Shaman’s Initiation to the Fifth Dimension

Simon Hollington is a heart shaman, yogi and meditation teacher on the Maitreya lineage. Simon will be demonstrating heart-based consciousness, whereby the heart becomes the master of the brain.
It is a physical process to move the locus of consciousness from your head into your heart. It is only your consciousness that matters, nobody else’s. You are the universe, and you need to create New Earth from within your heart.

Meditating on the vortex energy centers and clearing out blockages from traumatic life events will help us achieve higher consciousness more easily as we move into the fifth dimension.
