Wow did we all see how huge the full moon was on Tuesday night? It was quite spectacular!
This full moon brings about new possibilities, opportunities and adventure. It’s about really expanding our hearts and really seeing things from a higher perspective.
Thank you to everyone that attended Robert Henry’s Kundalini Yoga presentation last fortnight. It was fantastic to experience a different type of yoga and I loved practising the breath and movement exercises. I felt so calm and rejuvenated afterwards.
It was interesting to learn how the combination of the two with some chanting can really bring you much clarity, balance and vitality. I noticed the effects for some time after the class and had the best sleep that night. Thank you Robert!

Crystal Dreaming – A Sacred and Profound Shamanic Healing Journey
Debbie Shaman is an experienced Crystal Dreaming Advanced Practitioner & Teacher, Crystal Sound Therapist, Reiki & Karuna Reiki Master and Founder of My Crystal Bliss.
Debbie will explain how this transformative technique truly works and will tell us about her journey that brought her to working with crystals in this way. She will explain how crystals work, their uses and energy and how creating a mandala using crystals creates a powerful and healing grid to shift and balance the physical and energetic body.
She will also be performing a short demonstration on one person in front of the group to show us what is involved in a typical Crystal Dreaming session. We will all be sitting comfortably in chairs during the presentation.
What is Crystal Dreaming?
Crystal Dreaming is a healing technique which uses a unique mandala created by the crystals laid around the body. The power of the crystals trigger a shift in your consciousness into an “altered state” where a shamanic journey or Crystal Dreaming occurs, where you can connect with your heart (spirit) and find answers. In this space profound emotional, physical and spiritual healing can occur. Crystal Dreaming can help with past life regression, release of phobias and blocks, clarity of purpose, soul retrieval and more.
