Ask Teal – Positively Embrace Your Negative Emotions
A fantastic 8 minute clip to remind us that negative emotions are important for our growth. Teal says when we are feeling strong negative emotion, we are feeling desperate and obviously, any time we’re trying to get away from something, we are resisting it and therefore focusing upon it in a subconscious way. Whatever we resist persists. If we would quit resisting it, it would cease to exist. And so, there is only one option, to positively embrace the negative emotion. 2014 – New Beginning
Our new phase has began. Monday night was the first of what we hope will be many gatherings at Mosman Community and Arts Centre. We were delighted with the easy parking!!! We were spoilt for choice. Plus it was less than ten minutes away from Neutral Bay.
We met in the ‘Great Hall’ with Rosemary leading us in mediation and John giving us a wonderful gong bath. It was great to see everybody after the holiday break refreshed and revitalised ready for the 3M’s – Miracles, Magic and Manifesting!
The energy that the group created was incredibly high. The intention was set to embrace the 3M’s in 2014 along with using this high energy to be the best we can be for the benefit of all.
Next week we will be in the ‘Melody Room’ in the centre. Come along and join us.

HEALTH – Eating Habits and Your Aura
Barbara Ann Brennan, Author of Light Emerging, discusses in her book the importance of our eating habits and our auras. Barbara says to pay attention to our food when we eat and make it look appealing:
“Give yourself enough time to eat. Chew your food well, It is extremely important not to have a stressful meeting while you eat. Stress immediately affects the third chakra by closing it down or tightening it. The third chakra brings the life energies to your digestive organs. Remember, the food is going to nourish your cells and become you once it is inside your body.
Before you begin to eat, do a little meditation with your hands placed over your food to give it energy and synchronise with it. Visualise it nourishing you. Give thanks for it. Then, as you eat, follow your food all the way throught your digestive system and into your cells. It will help you appreciate it.” (page 123)
