But while stress has been made into a public health enemy, new research suggests that stress may only be bad for you if you believe that to be the case. Psychologist Kelly McGonigal urges us to see stress as a positive, and introduces us to an unsung mechanism for stress reduction: reaching out to others. SUPERNATURAL SCIENCE – Reincarnations and Previous Lives (Episode 1)
This a very interesting video to watch. It is a BBC program (aired in 5 episodes) that presents compelling proof that past lives do exists and the scientific studies being carried out on reincarnation. A young 4 year old English boy develops a tumor in his throat and recalls in detail his life as a soldier killed in the First World War. Click here to view clip. The Expo is being held at Harbord Diggers’ Club which is a beautiful venue, right on the beach, and the Academy is excited to be a part of the Expo on Sunday, 13 October 2013. We have a lot of interesting products, a real niche market of products that aren’t regularly available at stores. These products mainly come from our Presenters such as the beautiful PureHEART sprays – all 22 of them which you can experience at the Expo. These sprays help bring out a particular quality in you, also an intent and invite to a particular angel or Deva. We will also have a marked down basket of crystals, books and CD’s just for the day.
Adrian, originator or PureHEART sprays, loves walking in his garden and talking to the flowers. He says, “my garden is my library, I learn so much.”
