A man, who was in an angry, distressed state with his life wrote in and asked us where is all the peace, love and light that is supposed to be there when you are spiritual. He had done an enormous amount of workshops and modalities and yet his life had not improved, in fact, he felt it was worse if anything. Was all the teaching just a bag of hot air?
My answer to him was simple and the solution is one we need to all take on board. The energy of 2013 is such, that it highlights all the emotions that we have to clear. It magnifies them, puts them right in our face. But it takes a person or situation to trigger them first. It is a funny way of looking at life but they are really doing you a favour. And guess what, you now have the tools to release emotion. So go to your tool box , take one out and use it. Maybe when we did these courses we thought that we were only learning them for other people’s benefit them, but the priority is that we have them to clear ourselves first.
Emotions come up all the time so it is not about clearing anger once, or resentment, or any negative emotion. It is not about saying, “Oh, I’ve cleared that.” At what level did we clear it or in what lifetime. We have trillions and trillions of cells, with probably most of them filled with stories, negative emotions which need emptying so that they can now be filled with a higher frequency of light – and in this way we gradually become an enlightened human.
So back to the drawing board; as we still have a way to go before we are perfectly clear, shiny and bright and enjoying a life of ease and grace, to continue clearing our energy on a daily basis, preferably as soon as the emotion comes up. Go through the tools you have learnt, list them and see which one you would like to use this week. It can be fun – try it and see how much better you feel.
You are the One you have been waiting for.

“Fear”
This should be a one day program. In this session participants will:
1. Develop a very clear and concise understanding of what fear is, what it does, and how it differs from ‘being afraid’.
2. Identify personal ‘root’ fears.
3. Undergo a specific process to eliminate or greatly reduce these fears.
4. Receive tools to maintain the reduction of these fears and deal with new ones which may arise.
This is a process which has been thoroughly tested and proven. It is designed to enable a person to identify a fear, decide whether or not s/he wishes to remove it, and if so, succeed in this task. For example, last year in Sydney I had a session with a 12 year old boy who was so afraid of dogs that even a bark would paralyse him. Something as routine as walking to school was a nightmare of worry and planning to avoid possible contact. Within 2 weeks after the session the young boy was playing with dogs and the family now has one in their home.
Please bring something to write on as this will be a working session with some solid tools given out.
