“My experience of Sound Healing with Paulien: I started attending AOL events in the last couple of years and it was the sound healing events that Paulien performs that drew me in. I’ve been to a few now and each time the experience is both beautiful and powerful and it seems as though I am floating with not a care in the world.
The recent sound healing event was run over zoom and Paulien was in Holland! and yet I felt the same powerful emotive energy as in live sessions. The mix of instruments and sounds was truly wonderful, very soothing and expansive. Paulien weaves the various sounds together beautifully including crystal bowls, gong and vocal tones and some beautiful sounding instruments that seem out of this world.
I am truly grateful that Paulien puts all her energies, passion and talent into these evenings for us. I look forward to many more and some live ones as soon as we can!”

The 14th September meeting of the AOL centered around receiving the healing sounds of Paulien’s wonderful musical instruments and voice.
We started by singing ‘Om’ to bring us into the now. This was followed by a Light Body Activation with Selenite Swords of Light bringing a gentle energy reset.
This time the Sacred Sound event came from a different place, which meant a different setup – apart from the drum and singing bowls, chimes and the mouth-harp, she also played overtone tube chimes, kalimba and two impressive gongs. Her voice undulated between being powerful and strong to release tension, and then soothing to comfort the nerves and make us settle in a new and better balance. The whole evening was one big relaxing meditation, just what we need to nourish ourselves in these troubled times.

How to Practically Live New Realities with Michelle Lewis
Michelle started out as a policewoman and worked with the aboriginal communities understanding there cultural lore. She then went on to form an evolving energetics group facilitating healing and mentoring and is now creating a global conscious community in Quorrobolong. The title “How to practically live new realities”, is the focus of the evening.
Michelle will be providing a practical guide to how to navigate and anchor the new realities by allowing creation living to come through you and express through you.

Our hidden Ancestry with Stephen and Evan Strong
Stephen and Evan Strong are Authors, Researchers, Progressive Archaeo-Historians & Speakers.
After consultation with Elders around Australia they have rediscovered a hidden history: The Out of Australia Theory.
By drawing disciplines together they have assembled facts about archaeological finds, early contact accounts, genetics, Serpent myths, Dreaming stories, Amerindian myths, parallels in religious texts, etc. into one coherent theory: The Original Aborignial people sailed from Australia to other parts of the world.
Stephen and Evan Strong will be talking about the real history of the past about how humanity has evolved. They will talk about our origins, genetics, the flat headed skull and also about recent science that proves the existence of Atlantis and Lemuria.
There is an Original prophecy/ceremony coming out of Uluru on December 21st at 9:02pm. It is there and then that the Elders will open what they call a “magic box” that could ignite a switch that would see the Schumann resonance continually ascend. But not all will join in this ascension, many will fall short. It is against this background that Stephen and Evan will talk about the past, present and future as one continuous circle.

Judging by the feedback at the end of the session, the healing power of the sounds effortlessly reached around the earth and touched everybody in just the way they needed. And while we miss the live interaction dearly, the one advantage of doing this online is that after the relaxing Sound event experience, a bed is not too far away.
